Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and run by Correct Care Products. As user of this website you agree that any use of this website you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below 

 

Ordering

  • You can order products by using our online form, emailing hello@correct-care.com or telephoning 01746 780124 or 07415 439148.

  • We are unable to sell directly to the public, our customers must be a registered company and trade only

  • Our opening hours are Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders are not processed over the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays.

  • All orders received after 5pm Monday to Friday, or during closed days will be processed the next working day.

  • Before your order is processed and dispatched we will send you confirmation email containing an order reference number which will set out the final details of your order. Once you have approved this confirmation, we will send you an order acknowledgement and prepare your items for dispatch. 

  • Orders are sent via courier, we will be able to provide you with tracking information, 

  • At the moment we only deliver to UK based companies, if you are an international customer and would like to discuss opening an account please email hello@correct-care.com  

  • If there is a problem with your order (ie the product is out of stock) you will be contacted as soon as possible via email or telephone 

  • All images used on our website are for illustrative purposes only, products may vary slightly. 

  • Correct Care Products cannot accept responsibility for any difference between the image on the website and the actual product you receive.  

 

How to cancel

Cancellation of orders prior to processing and fulfilment must be received by Correct Care Products in writing from the buyer, please send an email to hello@correct-care.com as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel after this you may still be charged. 

How to return an item 
We hope that you are 100% happy with your order, however if you do need to return any items you must contact Correct Care Products  within 48 hours of delivery to let us know. Goods returned by the Customer without prior authorisation will not be credited. Correct Care Products reserves the right, at its discretion, to charge the Customer 20% of the full price to cover costs it may incur as a result of a customer ordering stock items in error. Customers must return all products in their original packaging in an unused condition. Certain products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.  Please contact us by emailing hello@correct-care.com or telephoning 01746 780124 or 07415 439148 for guidance on returns before sending items back to us. 

 

Prices & Payment

  • If you are a new customer, we will set up an account for you upon your first order

  • Payment must be made within 28 days of the order date, we will send you an invoice as soon as your order is processed

  • All goods are subject to availability.

  • Prices are correct at the time of publishing, Correct Care Products reserves the right to change the prices of items at any time

  • VAT will be charged on all orders within the UK and the EU.

  • All goods delivered remain the property of Correct Care Products until they are paid for in full.


Limitation of Liability
The customer is responsible for all risk assessments before and after purchasing.
